| MISSION ANALYSIS | ||
|
Takeshi's Challenge is a side-scroller
adventure game that is perhaps famous for the ridiculous tasks it asks of
its players. Some are exaggerated, but now you can play this legend of bad games in English. This mission was undertaken by: KingMike - hacking, editing, tools, graphics Main translator anonymous. DarknessSavior, Paul Jensen - additional translations |

| SPECIMAN | ||
| Speciman 1.0, First Contact December 25, 2011. The ROM needs to be expanded first, using a program like nflate (from my Tools page). The 1986 ROM was tested but the 1990 version should work as well. | ||

In regards to the rumor of the
20,000 hit final boss. That's not actually true. You actually can warp to
the last room if you punch exactly 30,720 (7800 in hex) times on the title
screen. But you'll miss pretty much the point of the game if you do. I think the Pachinko game is rigged so that you will be booted out after getting around 3,840 (0F00 in hex) balls. |
